POEM ....MY BIRD FEEDER

MY BIRD FEEDER.
They come from far and wide each day
to visit our bird feeder.
A crow, blue jay, a robin or two
but the Dove is my favorite eater.

He doesn't fly up to eat from the cup
But dines on what falls to the ground.
He will bill and coo,
gobble up and when through
Mount up and is homeward bound.
